When Aniceto first arrived in this country, he had little to no money in his pocket and worked tirelessly as a dishwasher at a restaurant in Terrell. Eventually, two of his brothers, Jose & Noe, joined him and in 1994, and in November 1996 they opened their very first La Pradera in Kaufman with a total of 11 tables. It has now grown into what you now know as La Pradera, Los Hermanos and Asados restaurants.
